The Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator. The position helps ensure procurement activities are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining accurate records, supporting contract tracking, and preparing reports. Responsibilities also include assisting with proposal evaluations, cost analysis, contract negotiations, vendor outreach, and maintaining procurement data in the agency’s systems.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering professional customer service to internal staff and external vendors. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to support efficient, transparent, and compliant procurement processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement, contracting, or contract administration
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working with procurement regulations and documentation preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
